Sergio Perez: "One of my greatest races that I can remember"
Sergio Perez enjoyed the Russian Grand Prix due to his final P7 and all the good overtaked he managed to do.

Sergio Perez finished on P7 last weekend in the Russian Grand Prix. The Mexican driver started the race in P11, and he managed to improve his position until 7th place. He even told that it was one of his best races ever in Formula 1. He couldn’t have managed it if his team hadn’t been right in the strategy and obviously, all the good overtakes he did.
“I think it’s been one of my greatest races that I can remember. We had a great start and great management throughout the stints, knowing when to fight and when not to and that made a huge difference.” Commented the Mexican driver.

“Since the summer break, we have been working to get some good points during the second half of the season. We couldn’t have done it better. In the last four races we have had three top ten.”
Checo is tenth in the drivers’ championship with 33 points and Racing Point is seventh with 52 points. There are still 5 races remaining, Japan, Mexico, U.S, Brazil and Abu Dhabi. Will Checo finish in a higher position? We will see it in the next races.
