#ItalianGP | Suzuki tops FP2 but could be penalized!
Great session for Tatsuki Suzuki in Moto3 FP2 in which he got best time but a late controversial move could cost him some grid positions
Tatsuki Suzuki is the fastest rider on track so far in Moto3 on Friday. Sic58 Squadra Corse rider is ahead of everyone in 1.57.467 but a late controversial move on the main straight with Alonso Lopez could cost him some grid positions.
The Japanese is followed by a super Kevin Zannoni, who is riding at Mugello with a wild card! CIV (Italian Championship) champion is second with is TM and he is just 0.039s slower than FP2 leader!
3rd and 4th Tony Arbolino and Niccolò Antonelli, with a gap of few thousandths of a second from the top, with Suzuki’s teammate who found a good lap in his last attempt. The two Italians are ahead of French GP winner John McPhee and Gabriel Rodrigo, who are two tenths of a second slower than the best performance.
Ayumu Sasaki is 7th and followed by Marcos Ramirez and Romano Fenati, with Darryn Binder ending the top 10. Last 4 places for Q2 are actually taken by Alonso Lopez, Championship Leader Aron Canet, Sergio Garcia and Lorenzo Dalla Porta, who crashed in the middle of the session.
