Tony Arbolino is really fast and keeps his pace after a good Friday and is the fastest rider on track so far thanks to his 1.41.554 which projects him on first position; the Italian is followed by Kaito Toba and Jakub Kornfeil, who are slower than two tenths of a second.
Championship leader Aron Canet puts himself in the first positions just In the last minutes of the session to avoid Q1 and he is 4th with 1.41.830 ahead of Ai Ogura, who crashed but he was still able to get the direct access to Q2 with his bike. Masaki is just behind the Japanese being only 0.009s slower than him.
Ayumu Sasaki is 7th ahead of Niccolò Antonelli and Romano Fenati, with the two Italians who did not improve their lap times this morning but are still in top 14 thanks to a good Friday in which they rode really well. Top 10 is closed by Sergio Garcia, with the Spaniard followed by Tatsuki Suzuki, while Gabriel Rodrigo, Raul Fernandez and Celestino Vietti got the last spots for Q2.
It is gonna be a crazy Q1 with many good riders as long as Albert Arenas, Darryn Binder, Dennis Foggia, Jaume Masia, Lorenzo Dalla Porta, Andrea Migno, last GP winner Marcos Ramirez and John McPhee are out of Q2 as well as Alonso Lopez. Sure it is gonna be a really interesting first session of qualifying.
