Suzuki came back on top in the last session of free practice before qualifying; after having hard times in FP3 in which just Joan Mir got a spot for the direct access to Q2, Alex Rins was third being for the most of the session the fastest guy on track in FP4. The Spaniard has been able to perform a 1.33.262 which projected him on 3rd, while Joan Mir ended in 7th not being too far from his teammate.
Marc Marquez, Fabio Quartararo and Maverick Vinales kept their pace and consistency, being fast and in top positions in FP4 as well, with reigning World Champion finished 4th and the two Yamahas doing even better, with the French being the fastest rider on track as long as he was the only rider able to ride under the 1.33 and the Spaniard just behind!
Also Ducati seemed to be fast with Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci 5th and 6th; the two Italians are looking fast and competitive in race pace and they will take part of the fight for podium and victory on Sunday raceday.
Pol Espargaro puts his KTM in 8th position showing the steps forward made by the Austrian manufacturer, following Takaaki Nakagami and followed by Franco Morbidelli, who closes top 10 ahead of Jack Miller and Andrea Iannone. Not the best session for Valentino Rossi, 18th with over one second and a half of gap from FP4 leader Fabio Quartararo.
