Yesterday Maverick Vinales was the fastest rider on track with an impressive lap, while today reigning World Champion Marc Marquez got the best crono to put himself ahead of everyone. The Spaniard suffered a partial shoulder dislocation on day one due to crash but that did not stop his job and number 93 from ending on top the second day of testing in Jerez.
Not too many action on this second day as long as rain came after the morning forcing some riders to finish the test earlier than planned, while others tried the bike under wet conditions. At the end, Marquez is followed by Joan Mir and Alex Rins, with the two Suzuki rider who were again fast , while Day 1 leader Maverick Vinales finished 4th ahead of Fabio Quartararo and Andrea Dovizioso, last guys going under the 1.38.
7th position for Franco Morbidelli, while behind we have Jack Miller, Pol Espargaro and Valentino Rossi, before finding Andrea Iannone with his Aprilia just ahead of Danilo Petrucci and Cal Crutchlow. Alex Marquez kept his work on finding confidence with the new bike and ended in 17th with one second and four tenths of a second of gap from his brother.
