Alex Rins finished top of the timing sheets for the last Friday practice session on his Suzuki at the Sepang International Circuit.

Pushing to the limits, as always, and almost losing the bike Marc Marquez finished +0.093 behind Rins’ time in second place.

Jack Miller finished third in the session with Australian Grand Prix race winner Maverick Vinales in fourth place.

Danilo Petrucci finished just behind his Pramac Ducati teammate in fifth.

Valentino Rossi finished sixth with Andrea Dovizioso finishing the session in seventh place.

Johann Zarco was eighth, with Andrea Iannone ninth +0.894 behind his teammate on the other Suzuki.

Dani Pedrosa rounds out the top ten.

Stefan Bradl, who replaces the injured Cal Crutchlow on the LCR Honda, finished the session in 16th place and +1.953 off the top time.

Home hero Hafizh Syahrin finished the session down in 20th place.

Jorge Lorenzo is back on the bike but appears to be struggling down in 24th place and five seconds off the pace.
